Returns & Exchanges
Sauveur accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below. All items must be in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return:

Item must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, stains, or damage.

All original tags must be attached and any original packaging included.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
Certain items may be marked “final sale” on the product page and are not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, you may request a return or replacement within 30 days of delivery. In these cases:

Contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

If approved, a prepaid return label will be emailed to you.

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email if your refund or replacement is approved or rejected.
If a replacement of the same item is available, it will be shipped to you; if not, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
Standard Returns (Change of Mind, Size, etc.)
For eligible returns that are not due to damage, defect, or a wrong item:

Return labels may be provided and the cost deducted from your refund, or you may ship using your own carrier as instructed on the returns page.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of approval or rejection of the refund.
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment within a standard processing time (usually 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer).
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return except where required by law or if defective:

Final sale items clearly marked as such at checkout

Items returned without tags attached or in visibly worn, washed, or damaged condition

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Lost or Stolen Packages
Sauveur is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked the order as delivered. For delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking information.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
If an order is returned to Sauveur due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

Reshipment may take up to an additional week from the time the new address is confirmed.

Please email us with your updated address, including your order number and “Address Change” in the subject line.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping cost if the package needs to be reshipped.
