All products are subject to availability. Sauveur reserves the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify product descriptions at any time without notice. Product images are for illustrative purposes only; actual colors and materials may vary slightly due to screen calibration or manufacturing variations. We make every effort to accurately describe our products, but we do not warrant that product descriptions are complete, accurate, or error-free.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Sauveur reserves the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If an error is discovered after you have placed an order, we will contact you and offer the option to reconfirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.

We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact, and iDEAL Wero. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

5. Orders & Fulfillment

Placing an order on the Site constitutes an offer to purchase. Sauveur reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product unavailability, inaccuracies in product or pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity. Your order is not confirmed until you receive a written order confirmation email from us.

6. Shipping

Free standard shipping is available on all orders within the United States. Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Sauveur is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

Sauveur is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier has marked an order as delivered. For delivery issues, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly using their tracking information.

7. Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and available at sauveurdedieu.com/pages/policies. Key terms include:

- Eligible items may be returned within **30 days** of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, stains, or damage, with all original tags attached and original packaging included.
- Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
- Items marked **"final sale"** on the product page are not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
- For standard returns (change of mind, sizing), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
