Returns & Exchanges

Sauveur accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the conditions below. All items must be in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact.

Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Item must be unworn, unwashed, free of odors, stains, or damage.

  • All original tags must be attached and any original packaging included.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Certain items may be marked “final sale” on the product page and are not eligible for return unless damaged, defective, or the wrong item was sent.
